- We will purchase up to 16 square miles of land east of Patterson Run, including land south of Banks Brook.
- Whetpebble citizens will have the freedom to determine which land will be purchased.
- We will provide 50 jobs to Whetpebble citizens for 5 years.
- Woodchuck Timbering will pay five times the market value for the land purchased.
- Woodchuck Timbering will plant 2 saplings for every tree cut down within 2 years of timbering completion.
- Woodchuck Timbering will donate the necessary funds to build a medical clinic in Whetpebble.
